Country Wisdom and Folklore Diary 2026
The 2026 Country Wisdom & Folklore Diary, with a gate fold cover to help you keep your place, will help you celebrate the seasons & Wheel of the Year, quirky customs & traditions of the British Isles such as the Whittlesea Bear and Mother Nature welcoming the Beaver back to our rivers, whilst giving you plenty of space to write your own special celebrations, appointments and notes.
Our full-colour, week-to-a-page A5 diary is packed full of folklore snippets and sayings which we hope you will share with others and in doing so help keep alive a heritage that we are in danger of forgetting. We also include sun & moon rise and set times, solstices, equinoxes and other special days that have a history of being marked in some way. Photos, pictures, recipes, stories and poems are also threaded throughout to complete our ‘tapestry’ of country wisdom & folklore.
We use accessible fonts on coloured paper to assist with ease of reading.
As always, we try to tread a gentle path on our mother earth and so we use UK-sourced FSC uncoated paper, and the diary is now thread-sewn for ease of opening and even less impact on our environment. Our printers, Short Run Press, place a great emphasis on the environment and are able to produce our diary with a Carbon Neutral Footprint.
