The Country Wisdom & Folklore Calendar is A4 and opens into A3 featuring the monthly Folklore of the British Isles alongside photos of some of the places and things we have seen whilst we are out and about looking for our folklore. Such as Madron Well in Cornwall and the Filly Loo in the little Dorset village of Ashmore. There is also some of our wonderful wildlife from the March Hare to the mysterious Long-eared Owl.
The calendar also includes sun & moon rise and set times, solstices, equinoxes and other special days that have a history of being marked in some way. The moon gardening planning guide shows you when to plant for each moon cycle throughout the year.
